Okay, so, I guess if you're here you might want to know a bit about me.  I suppose I can indulge some information.  Let's see...

My name is Kim, but you can feel free to call me Kimbo, Kimmy, Kimbear, Kimbolina, Kimmay, Kimage, Kim-a-licious or Hey You Over There.  I'm 25 years old and a good ol' college graduate.  In 2004, I graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Honors in the Major, which was Psychology, and with a minor in Music.  My main instrument is oboe, but I also play flute, piccolo and English horn whenever the music calls for it and no one else wants to play that wretched thing.  I recently earned my Master of the Arts degree in Psychology (with a Social Psychology emphasis) and now I have a Real Job. 

What else....

I love to write, but I mostly do it as a recreational activity.  I don't want to become a professional writer, but I do enjoy it a great deal.  Usually, when I write research related things for psychology, there is a certain way that has to be done, which can become very restricting.  I find it healthy for me to branch out and work on stories where I have actual creative freedom.  Most of the stories here are a prime example of me having creative freedom...heh.

Music is also a really important part of my life.  Without music, I don't know where I would be.  I am very passionate about playing in an orchestra with my fellow musicians.  When I graduated from college, I was sad to leave because I've been playing with the same group of people for four years, but hopefully I will find a new group to enjoy just as much.
